Ordering & Shipping

Step 1: Put item(s) in shopping cart

  • Find the item(s) you want to order
  • View possible product options and click on 'Add to cart' to place the product in your shopping cart
  • Click on 'Proceed to checkout'. Would you like to shop some more, click "Continue shopping". The item(s) will remain in your shopping cart

Step 2: Fill in your information

  • Fill in, when possible, a voucher code
  • Fill in the needed information
  • Click on 'Save'
  • Choose your shipping method, you can add additional comments to your order in the comment box

Step 3: Confirm

  • Check your information
  • Declare you have read the general terms & conditions and approve them to go to the next step

Step 4: Finish payment

  • Decide how you want to pay. Payment options are iDEAL, Creditcard, Bancontant, Giropay, EPS, ING Home'Pay, Sofort, KBC/CBC, Belfius, Crypto
  • Follow the payment instructions to finish your order
  • You will receive an e-mail to confirm your order and will receive additional e-mails concerning your order status


We do our best to ship products on stock the same working day with PostNL or DHL Parcel, when it's a more busy time of the year like Chistmas this process might take 1 to 3 working days, if payment has been received before 15:30 hours CET, and with DHL Express if payment has been received min. 2 hours before 17.00 hours CET. When you ordered a customized product the extra process time will be stated on the product page.

Fortunately it IS possible to pick up your order with an appointment, personally at our headquarters in Roosendaal - The Netherlands - Europe. Our product will be shipped with PostNL & DHL, PostNL will ship till the country of destination and will be handed over to the local post service of the country of destination. DHL will only ship with DHL services door-to-door.
