Returning Process

You have the right within 14 days, without any reason, to send an product back. Within this time frame you may inspect/evaluate the product unless stated otherwise.

The right of returning products in your possession expires after 14 days.

You make use of the right of returning by:

• Contacting us via the contact form
• The cost of the return shipment are for the consumer (the cost are paid by the consumer)

You can only send the item back if:

• Item is complete and undamaged
• In original state and factory packaging

Customized products can only be returned on request.

Return shipments are at risk of the consumer. This means that XQ Gaming is not liable for damage and/or loss of the returned products, we advise shipping products back with tracking options because they will probably be insured when lost. Ask your local post service for details.

The total amount (excluding initial shipping costs) will be credited back within a few days after inspecting and processing the returned item (maximum 14 days). Is it more than 14 working days ago that you send something back and you still haven't received your money back, we advice you to contact us here.
